Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to transportation services provided by WDB Executive Rides. By requesting or reserving transportation with WDB Executive Rides, you agree to the terms applicable to your transportation service.

Transportation Requests and Reservations

Submitting a transportation request through our website does not by itself guarantee a reservation. Transportation is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

WDB Executive Rides will provide confirmation when a transportation reservation has been accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage, flight, and other information necessary to provide the requested service.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing may vary depending on the requested service, vehicle, destination, duration, scheduling requirements, and other circumstances associated with the transportation request.

A 25% reservation deposit is required to confirm an accepted reservation. The remaining 75% balance is due after completion of the transportation service, unless other payment arrangements are stated in the customer's reservation confirmation.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Requests to change or cancel transportation should be made as soon as possible.

Cancellation and refund terms applicable to the reservation will be communicated to the customer as part of the reservation and confirmation process. Any refund due will be determined according to the cancellation terms provided with the customer's confirmed reservation.

No-Shows

Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed pickup location and time and for providing WDB Executive Rides with accurate contact information.

If circumstances may delay a customer or affect a scheduled pickup, the customer should contact WDB Executive Rides as soon as reasonably possible.

Transportation Service

WDB Executive Rides makes reasonable efforts to provide transportation according to the confirmed reservation. Pickup and arrival times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, flight changes, accidents, closures, and other unforeseen events.

Customers should provide sufficient time when scheduling transportation for flights, appointments, events, and other time-sensitive activities.

Text Messaging Terms

Customers may choose to receive text messages from WDB Executive Rides regarding their transportation requests, reservations, and service.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing transportation services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from WDB Executive Rides unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to behave appropriately and lawfully while using WDB Executive Rides transportation services and to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

WDB Executive Rides reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of the driver, passengers, vehicle, or others.

Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. If an item is left in a WDB Executive Rides vehicle, please contact us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with transportation requests and services is handled in accordance with the WDB Executive Rides Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

WDB Executive Rides may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
